What does the MBB Graduate program look like?  

MBB’s Graduate Program commences in mid January 2025 running through to end of December and taking approximately 12 months.  The program is designed to give graduates the opportunity to gain invaluable experience delivering major infrastructure projects across private and government clients, giving you the exposure to rapidly enhance your knowledge, skillset and capabilities.

What you will learn 

Phase 1: Building a Strong Foundation (Months 1-2) 

In the first two months, graduates complete hands-on training designed to equip them with the essential skills and knowledge needed to thrive in your role. By the end of this period, graduates won’t just be job-ready – they’ll be poised to excel and make a meaningful impact at MBB. 

Phase 2: Gaining Industry Exposure and Expertise (Months 3-12) 

As they continue to build their knowledge base, graduates will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, gaining exposure to some of Australia’s most significant and innovative infrastructure and energy initiatives. This experience offers a unique perspective on MBB’s pivotal role in ensuring these projects stay aligned with their core objectives. 

Throughout this journey, graduates will receive continuous guidance from their line managers, buddies, and other team members. They’ll be introduced and guided through the intricacies of working with both private sector and government clients, gaining a deep understanding of the dynamics and nuances involved when multiple stakeholders collaborate on complex projects.
