Graduate Program

We aim to recruit high potential graduates looking to establish themselves within the industry and to learn from our leading independent specialists.

Our 12-18 month program provides a blend of formal training, practical experience and learning opportunities through exposure to and involvement in projects in social, resources, energy and transport infrastructure.

Throughout the Program you will have a Mentor from within your area of expertise and one-on-one support from a business manager. Both will provide regular feedback on your performance and work with you to harness your strengths and help fast track your development.

At the end of the Program, we work with you to decide which area of expertise you want to pursue. The choice depends on our business needs, your preferences and your job performance.

Get inspired, feel valued and work on some of Australia’s most significant infrastructure projects and programs.

Applications for MBB Group’s 2024 Graduate Program are now open for roles in Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide.
