Sydney Water is planning to deliver over $34 billion worth of infrastructure per annum over the next 10 years, the largest pipeline of investment in the organization’s history.
This large pipeline coincides with a wider infrastructure market boom, where Sydney Water will compete with other delivery agencies for key resources in a heated market.

MBB were engaged to lead the development of the procurement strategy and the Infrastructure NSW Health Check process.
Our services
MBB specialists also led the update of the Business Case and Board approvals process for the Austral to Leppington and Mamre Road wastewater infrastructure projects to be incorporated as part of the broader USC Networks Program. This enabled a programmatic approach aligned to Sydney Water’s objective to create more programmatic delivery vehicles to deliver key infrastructure.
