Establishing the complete array of controls for a Project Management Office

Australia Pacific LNG Limited (APLNG) is a coal seam gas (CSG) to liquefied natural gas (LNG) project in Queensland. The project included the development of CSG fields in the Surat and Bowen Basins, the construction of a gas transmission pipeline, the construction of a two-train LNG plant and associated facilities for a liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant on Curtis Island, near Gladstone and associated facilities to export the gas to international markets.
