More space to learn, more opportunities to grow
Cronulla High School is a 7-12 comprehensive co-education secondary school in the Caringbah Secondary School Community Group.
As part of the 2021/22 NSW Budget, the NSW Government announced the increase in its investment to deliver an additional 44 new and upgraded schools to support communities across NSW. As part of this investment, the school was nominated to receive new permanent teaching spaces and core facilities to meet enrolment growth.
The project’s Final Business Case was submitted March 2021 and $45m funding for the project secured. The upgrade delivered 10 new permanent learning spaces, a new canteen, new administration areas and upgraded student and staff amenities.
Our role
MBB was engaged as the Project Manager for the delivery of the project. The team were responsible for leading the project team through the schematic design of the Project (Phase 3), including management and coordination of subsequent phases, including detailed design, construction, commissioning, and project handover (Phases 4 to 9).
