With over 25 years of professional experience, Juan brings a wealth of expertise in the development, procurement, delivery, and operational readiness of industrial and transport infrastructure across Australasia, Europe, and the Americas. His experience includes extensive involvement in due diligence for Public Private Partnership-procured transport projects, with a particular focus on risk management, environmental compliance, and design and construction monitoring.

Juan holds qualifications as a Civil and Environmental Engineer and is a Certified Practicing Risk Associate (CPRA) with the Risk Management Institute of Australasia (RMIA).

His track record includes providing risk management services for major transport infrastructure projects in New South Wales, such as the New Intercity Fleet, Sydney Metro, Transport Access Program, and WestConnex.
