Tim is an accomplished infrastructure professional boasting 15 years of experience in delivering strategic insights, advice, and leadership to clients across New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland. He specialises in infrastructure strategy, project development, governance, economics and benefits realisation, and establishing and optimising program and project performance.

Tim has delivered outstanding outcomes across a range of clients, including Transport for NSW, Rail Projects Victoria, the Victorian Department of Transport and Planning, NSW Department of Justice, Cross River Rail Authority of Queensland, Port Authority of NSW, NSW Department of Planning, NSW Land and Hosing Corporation, the Victorian Ports Corporation, and NSW Treasury.
