Congratulations to Games Independent Infrastructure and Coordination Authority (GIICA) for appointing Architectus as the Principal Architect for the Sunshine Coast Stadium, and international design firm Populous for the Moreton Bay Indoor Sports Centre.

GIICA is extending the benefits of this major infrastructure program beyond Brisbane 2032 and into regional centres, establishing further regional benefits and creating a legacy for local communities.

MBB Group is proud to be able to support GIICA with the transaction management and advisory services, working with the broader GIICA team to achieve this major milestone. Our role included helping with the facilitation, management and advice on the end-end procurement process to award the contract for the Principal Architect for the Sunshine Coast Stadium upgrade and the Principal Architect for the Moreton Bay Indoor Sports Centre.
