Mick Pointing joins the MBB commercial team as Director, adding greater depth to our commercial and transaction capability in Queensland.

Mick is a transaction advisory and infrastructure delivery professional with almost 30 years’ experience advising on complex transport, resources and major infrastructure projects. He has led and supported transaction processes across all transaction phases through to tender evaluation, coordinating technical, commercial and advisory inputs to deliver well-governed procurement outcomes. With experience across government, contractor and consultant roles, he offers practical delivery credibility and structured commercial and procurement delivery. He is able to clearly understand and align stakeholder priorities, managing risk and maintaining momentum across high-profile engagements.

His roles include major rail and transport projects in Australia including New Albion Station, Logan to Gold Coast Faster Rail, Gold Coast Light Rail Stage 3 as well as experience across energy, mining and road projects in both Australia and the UK.
