MBB congratulates Australian Naval Infrastructure (ANI) on the appointment of the Laing O’Rourke and Amentum joint venture as the Capability Partner that will support and manage the delivery of the Nuclear-Powered Submarine Construction Yard at Osborne Naval Shipyard in Adelaide.

MBB is proud to support ANI with strategic procurement and transaction advisory services, working alongside the broader ANI team throughout this process. Our services on this project have included market sounding, delivery strategy, commercial advisory, financial analysis and transaction advisory.
