Congratulations to Games Independent Infrastructure and Coordination Authority (GIICA) for appointing the two construction joint ventures to take part in Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process for the new Brisbane Stadium in Victoria Park.

In selecting the multinational JV’s of Built, in partnership with SACYR, and John Holland, in partnership with BESIX Watpac, GIICA takes a major step towards the design and construction delivery of an iconic new stadium for Brisbane.

MBB Group is proud to be able to support GIICA with transaction management and advisory services for the Brisbane Stadium ECI, working with the broader GIICA team to achieve this major milestone. Our role included leading the market sounding process, delivery strategy, facilitation, management and advice on the procurement process to award the contracts for the Brisbane Stadium dual ECI process.
