Further deepening our water sector and complex infrastructure advisory offer, MBB Group is delighted to announce the addition of our new Director, Michelle Morris, to our team.

An MBA-qualified industry leader, Michelle brings over 27 years’ experience in strategic commercial, technical and transaction advisory management within the engineering and construction industries, both in Australia and the United Kingdom.

Michelle has built strong collaborative relationships in multiple sectors across Australia, where she has helped to establish and successfully deliver numerous complex capital projects and programs. Her expertise in government infrastructure is also informed by experience on major transport, utilities and civil infrastructure projects.

Considering whole-of-project implications, Michelle is known for leading multi-disciplined teams in the development of the delivery strategy, conducting market engagement, setting the transaction strategy, running and managing the transaction, gaining governance and approvals, and negotiating with proponents through to contract award.

Her commercial expertise is exemplified working across a variety of collaborative contracting models (PPP, incentivised target cost, alliances) and assisting clients to manage commercial risk to underpin the successful delivery of the desired project outcomes.
