Peter is an experienced senior leader in the infrastructure and development sector who has worked with State and Federal agencies to plan and deliver projects across all major sectors. Peter has over 15 years’ experience providing commercial, delivery and transaction advice on major projects in transport, urban renewal, innovation precinct, telecommunications and energy sectors.

Peter brings exemplary recent experience in delivering complex precinct development using a range of delivery approaches to best tailor the risk profile of individual developments to achieve value for money.

Prior to joining MBB, Peter managed a team responsible for providing strategic advice on road, rail, port, airport, and telecommunications infrastructure. This included conducting market soundings and developing delivery strategies, negotiating joint funding and governance agreements for a new government development authority, and delivery strategy review for a major infrastructure project. 

With over 15 years in Sydney and Canberra, including a major infrastructure think tank, Peter’s experience spans business case, funding strategy, procurement and transaction management. In that time, he has developed a deep understanding of the needs of both public and private sectors. Using this experience, he continues to demonstrate an ability to bring diverse stakeholders together, delivering mutually beneficial outcomes by forging a consensus and managing approvals through boards, committees and government processes.

Peter is based in Adelaide having recently moved back to be closer to family and friends.
