Glen joins the MBB Project Controls and Risk team this week, strengthening our project controls presence in Victoria.

Based in our Melbourne office, and joining us as a Director, Glen brings our clients a deep capability in project controls and PMO leadership, business improvement, governance, digital transformation, and project controls disciplines aligned with AACE and PMI standards on +$1Bprograms.

Glen is a senior project management and project controls leader with over 20 years’ experience delivering complex major capital programs across the energy, transmission, infrastructure, data centres, mining, defence and waste sectors. This includes international data centre experience where he delivered a mega data campus comprising 26 buildings. He is recognised for turning around distressed projects, embedding governance in immature environments, and building and leading high-performing project controls and PMO teams that align project delivery with corporate strategy and commercial outcomes.
