Sean’s expertise and depth of experience in Project Management and Project Controls make him an ideal choice for our business. A Project Controls and Cost Management specialist, Sean has over 25 years’ experience in the field and a track record of bringing together and leading multi-discipline teams on a regional and national basis.  

Having worked as a contractor, a consultant and as a client, Sean has a deep appreciation of the challenges and opportunities presented by a project.  This experience has given him a capacity for building strong, adaptable teams, fostering cohesion and collaboration to focus resources on achievable, superior outcomes.  

A team player who values input from all levels, Sean has consistently shown an ability to engage and develop productive working relationships with people from across a project to deliver positive results for clients from project inception through to final close out. 

Sean has worked in many client-facing roles on many landmark projects, in Australia and the UK, and has a history of delivering strong commercial results, exceeding revenue targets.
