This week we are thrilled to announce David Somek has joined MBB’s Victorian team.

Joining us as a Director, with a focus on water, transport and infrastructure deliverability, David is able to leverage over 20 years of experience in program and portfolio strategy, investment prioritisation, and transformation. David’s experience includes leading a range of significant urban and regional infrastructure renewal and infrastructure development projects across the infrastructure spectrum. His work spans the full asset lifecycle – from early-stage strategic framing and investment justification, delivery model design and development, through to program mobilisation, organisational uplift, and evaluation. This gives him a uniquely holistic view of how complex public-sector programs succeed.

A core part of David’s expertise lies in leading major organisational and delivery-model transformations for asset-intensive public utilities and government agencies.
