New growth. A new structure. Continued focus on service excellence.

Feb 24 , 2025

After two years of steady growth, including a new partnership with integrated project controls specialists iPLAN, an expansion into Western Australia, Queensland and South Australia and the foundation of a New Zealand office, MBB Group has recently reshaped its organisational structure.

Driven by a need to maintain high quality client service delivery, while providing clients access to an expanded services offering, the structure has been strengthened from the ground up.

“It’s an exciting time,” said CEO Matthew Brook, “Our recent growth is providing opportunities for some very talented people, across the business. It has also allowed us to bring on board some highly regarded sector specialists. This restructure recognises that. It enables our senior client-facing leaders to remain accessible to our clients and fully focused their needs, whilst providing opportunities to our emerging leaders to step up to senior roles.”

Peter Jones moves into the role of Managing Director of MBB. He continues with client-facing roles, supported by a strong team of highly capable Regional Directors.

“This new structure allows us to support business growth while remaining true to our client commitments and our way of working, actively supporting clients to respond to emerging issues and challenges in a timely manner.

“This is made possible through the recent appointments of Richard Wilkinson in Victoria,  Arnaud Deutsch in New Zealand, and Charlie Hollis in South Australia. James Woods, in NSW, is also promoted to Regional Director.

“This restructure also allows our senior people greater ability to focus on the things they do well, with highly regarded industry figures, Katrina Street, focussing on Major Projects and Rob Fields, dedicated to growing the Queensland and New Zealand offering.”

The new structure gives clients greater access to sector-specific experience through a team of Directors, as well as giving clients access to cross sectoral specialities including Project Controls, Risk and Assurance advisory services. As iPLAN’s Shane Chidgzey explains, “This new structure grows MBB’s integrated project controls capability, complements the existing Risk Advisory practice led by Juan Martin, and provides all our teams direct access to industry leading controls specialists like Andrew Rhimes, Matthew Kitchin, Troy Werner and Brendan Clarke.”

Recent hire, Rebecca Vostri, Director – P&C, joins Noel O’Keefe, CFO, and Jemima Butt, Operations Director, as key drivers of day-to-day business success. Matthew Brook explained, “Key to the restructure is the expansion of the corporate functions. By strengthening our day-to-day business management capability, we provide a solid foundation to support both our team and clients.”
