Now More Than Ever

In recent years we’ve seen the infrastructure industry significantly improve the way that we engage with First Nations businesses and communities when planning for and delivering major projects. This is a promising trend, but we recognise the on-going commitment needed from Government and businesses like ours to rapidly and equitably close the gap.

This year’s National Reconciliation Week theme “Now More Than Ever” is very apt as MBB commits to learning, and growing our contribution to Reconciliation. In 2024 we continue to reflect on how we can further our First Nations engagement, working with partners to ensure that First Nations businesses and communities are engaged at the very beginning of every project and to provide a safe and welcoming environment for First Nations businesses and people.
