Spearheading the continued growth of our Precincts sector, Mike brings over 36 years’ experience practising in the UK, Asia and Oceania in urban development, infrastructure, sport and energy sectors. Mike has a well-earned reputation for delivering city-shaping projects through his roles as client and market lead, and project director, providing leadership and strategic guidance across business cases, precinct planning, and program and portfolio coordination. He is also known for developing and maintaining vibrant client-focused cultures that develop strong and enduring outcomes.

Mike has an enviable depth of experience helping government and private sector clients navigate the need for agile investment models, de-risking projects while creating local economic stimulus and delivering community benefits. Leveraging insight and pragmatism to help resolve client’s needs, Mike’s impressive CV ranges from major water infrastructure, the delivery of a stadium precinct and industrial precinct, and securing of city centre enhancements.
