Providing clear leadership and direction to the teams he leads, he has held numerous executive roles on projects in the transport, defence and international development sectors. This includes leading teams through advisory, financial, commercial and transaction commissions in across the eastern seaboard of Australia and in NZ.
His international experience includes leading Aurecon’s global Infrastructure Advisory practice and Turner and Townsend’s London and Australian Public Private Partnership teams. In both roles he provided lead consultancy services to public and private sector clients across social and economic infrastructure.
His 25 years’ experience on major projects has seen him play pivotal roles on significant infrastructure projects including WestConnex, North East Link, and the North South Corridor.

With over 25 years of experience both leading and participating in highly complex project delivery teams across a diverse range of industry sectors, Shane has a proven track record of successfully integrating, facilitating, and managing milestones. He has supervised schedules and budgets, utilized analytical capabilities to deliver sound recommendations and practical solutions, and steered the strategy and direction of project teams in highly demanding IT, infrastructure, energy, EPC/ EPCM, maintenance, turnaround, greenfield, brownfield, and turnkey projects.
Shane is a seasoned project controls executive who has extensive experience advising both government and private sector clients. Shane’s area of expertise has centred around developing and supporting large complex infrastructure, mining, oil and gas, and energy project portfolios. He is a knowledgeable subject matter expert and trusted advisor who understands the complexity of major infrastructure development and implementation. Shane has successfully led transformation projects for several clients in the PMO, Program Office, project controls and systems space.

Notably, he directed financial and management reporting for a prominent $3.5 billion property group and orchestrated a $130 million capital restructure program in collaboration with a leading advisory group.
Noel is distinguished by his strong communication skills, motivation, innovation, and proactive approach. A problem-solving enthusiast, he ignites action by envisioning the future. His influence extends beyond project management, as evidenced by his experience in senior finance roles with a focus on financial modelling, acquisitions and stakeholder engagement.
Having led the acquisition and development of retail, commercial, and residential assets, Noel has amassed a portfolio with a cumulative acquisition value exceeding $100 million. This achievement necessitated adept management of legal, technical, and financial advisors to ensure the successful settlement of property assets.

Andrew is a project controls manager with 20+ years’ experience in all phases of complex, multi-disciplinary projects across a diverse range of industries, including oil and gas, mining, refining, rail, power, renewables and information technology. He has worked for both Owner’s teams and EPCM organisations. Andrew has extensive knowledge of all functions relating to the project management office and capable of delivering practical systems and solutions to match and uplift organisational project execution maturity. Andrew is our Project Controls functional technical authority and is the quantitative risk analysis lead.
Andrew leverages his extensive experience in project controls across a broad range of industries to develop best for portfolio standards and processes to improve project deliverability.
A key element of Andrew’s responsibilities is leading peer, project and quantitative risk reviews, combining his analytical skills, engineering and direct project experience to enhance project outcomes, develop continuous improvement strategies and ensure project foundations are robust.

Troy is a project management and controls specialist with over 25 years’ experience gained across a wide range of industries and sectors.
He has worked in roles from Estimator to Project Controls Engineer to Project Controls Manager as a senior member of corporate and project teams. He brings a significant depth of project controls experience in the engineering procurement and construction management sectors, complementing this with a solid technical background gained from significant projects across various industries: mining, oil and gas, power and telecommunications.
Troy’s depth of hands-on experience includes independent peer reviews (IPRs), delivering capital cost and risk, process and procedures, and cost and schedule risk analysis (CSRA). Troy also brings significant experience in project controls and estimating practices and reviews as well as being able to deliver PCM fast start and close out Support.

Richard has held executive leadership positions with Major Road Projects Victoria and previously served as a Partner at Herbert Smith Freehills in their Major Projects Group. His diverse sector experience includes Transport, PPPs, Energy, Water, Defence, Mining, and Commercial Development.
In addition to his professional roles, Richard is a Senior Fellow at Melbourne University Law School, where he teaches and coordinates the Masters of Construction Law subject, Specialised Construction Procurement Law.

Based in Adelaide, Peter is an experienced senior leader in the infrastructure and development sector. He brings over 15 years’ experience, working with State and Federal agencies to plan and deliver projects across all major sectors. This includes providing strategic, commercial, delivery and transaction advice on major projects in road, rail, port, airport, urban renewal, telecommunications, innovation precincts and energy sectors.
He has proven capabilities in procurement and transaction management, including conducting market soundings, developing and tailoring delivery strategies, risk profiles, funding strategies, and business cases. He has successfully negotiated joint funding and governance agreements for a new government development authority and was responsible for the delivery strategy review for a major infrastructure project.
His experience covers projects in the public and private sector, including a senior role in a major infrastructure think tank. Personable and professional, he has an ability to build project-focused teams, bringing diverse stakeholders together, and delivering mutually beneficial outcomes by forging a consensus and managing approvals through boards, committees and government processes.

Arnaud has over 20 years’ experience in New Zealand’s transport infrastructure sector and has a reputation for bringing fresh thinking to complex infrastructure challenges.
This includes securing innovative funding and delivery solutions for multibillion-dollar investments. His deep understanding of both central and local government dynamics allows him to navigate complex decision-making processes and foster strong relationships. He has an acknowledged ability to quickly understand project risks from the decision makers’ perspective and deliver effective ways to respond safely while protecting value.
With qualifications in Engineering, Commerce and Dispute Resolution, Arnaud has developed several international teams delivering best practice suitable for New Zealand’s context, including commercial structures and models such as PPPs and Alliances.
Arnaud has held senior roles on significant projects including the Lower North Island Rail Integrated Mobility (LNIRIM) project, Christchurch MRT and the Additional Waitemata Harbour Connection.

Brendan is a Principal Cost Control specialist and Subject Matter Expert. He has worked with project teams on resource programs in a number of sectors around Australia, the Middle East and South East Asia. A highly valued team resource, Brendan has been engaged and then reengaged by clients on a number of projects, providing cost lead, SAP implementation services, fast start project and claim support, subject matter expertise, quantity surveying, contract strategy development, estimate at completion (EAC) reviews, claims engagement and project management assistance.
Brendan’s experience covers the full range of cost control and SME services. This includes leading teams to deliver the development of estimates and basis of estimate documentation, checking, processing, and coding commitment expenditure requests, progress claims, invoices, payment certificates, and other cost-related documentation and reports, as well as managing annual budgeting processes.
